Strategy Dynamics Services We provide several services for managers to learn about Strategy Dynamics, and several ways for them to embed the method in their organisation. 1) In-Company Solutions With In-Company Solutions, we design specific programmes for your company based on the Strategy Dynamics approach that help you solve your strategic issues, for example, a major strategy review or a tactical response to competitor threat. We can conduct a Strategy Audit for you where we audit a current strategic initiative or plan. (duration: 2 days up to one week) 2) Strategy Dynamics Skill Development In addition, or alternatively, we can provide Strategy Skills Development where we take you and your team from an initial introduction through to a successful conclusion by coaching you in the method, as might a professional football coach. (duration: 2 days up to one week) 3) Open Courses Alternatively, you might wish, as an individual or a team, to gain insight from the approach for a specific purpose and one of our Open Course Solutions might appeal directly to your needs. (1 1/2 to 2 days)
