Validation and verification - getting the right model

The widespread use of simulation in industry and research increases the need for thorough verification and validation of simulation software and models.

Based on its experience with simulation software and modeling, Savannah Simulations AG provides verification and validation services from model validation to software implementation.

Whereas simulation verification analyses the implementation of a simlulation model to computer code (do we have the model right?), validation analyzes the adequacy of a simulation to a real system (do we have the right model?).
